River Project Announcement – Coming Soon!

We are looking ahead to a construction closing this fall on our newest development property, 1201 River Street! 1201 River Street will provide affordable senior housing in Hyde Park’s Logan Square. The BPDA approved the 100% affordable, 63-unit, age 55+ apartment community in January 2022. The property will offer resident service coordination with agencies providing wellness, educational, cultural, and social programming. The plan includes ground floor commercial space, an outdoor courtyard, a community room, a fitness room and library/lounge. The development will be an example of efficiency and sustainability achieving DND Zero Emission Buildings requirements as an all-electric building constructed in accordance with Passive House Certification standards.

In Their Own Words…

Being able to stay in my hometown, near friends and family was great. And now I have a whole new community at The Coolidge to socialize with, too. It is wonderful!
