Construction Begins on River Street in Hyde Park!
We are very excited that construction has begun at our 1201 River Street development In Hyde Park. This development includes a 63-unit, 100% affordable, age 55+ apartment community. When it opens, this property will truly be state-of-the-art in terms of redefining senior living, featuring resident service coordination and programming focusing on wellness, arts and culture and social and intellectual engagement. The building layout includes an outdoor courtyard including a bocce court and social space, lively internal community spaces, a well-equipped fitness area, comfortable library/media room as well as a commercial space. The property is well designed reflecting our commitment to creating a dynamic, inclusive, and enriching living environment for our residents. As construction is well underway, stay tuned for our monthly updates as we shape the future of 1201 River Street!

This position is a critical position for B’nai B’rith Housing and will support the organization’s goals by managing all real estate development activities such as permitting, planning, and construction from beginning to end.
