87 – 101 Blanchard Road: Funding Announcement!
| Great news! We are proud to announce that the Executive Office of Livable Communities (EOHLC) has awarded funding for our development at 87-101 Blanchard Road in Cambridge, MA! This is an exciting initiative that responds to the growing need for affordable rental housing for seniors. This development will feature 110 one-bedroom apartments for individuals aged 55 and older, offering a blend of comfort and accessibility. The newest addition to the Cambridge Highlands neighborhood with great access to both Cambridge and nearby Belmont, the property is very conveniently located to area amenities. This well-designed building will feature spacious common areas such as a community room, an outdoor courtyard, a library, and a fitness center. Our team, including property managers and service coordinators, will work alongside local senior service agencies to offer wellness and educational programs tailored to the community. This funding award brings us one step closer to providing high-quality, affordable housing for Cambridge’s older adults. |
Building Progress: Updates on the 1201 River Street Project
The 1201 River Street development in Hyde Park has reached several key construction milestones as we enter February 2025. The roof is on and exterior walls are complete with windows going in. On the interior, walls on the second and third floor are up and work on the fourth floor is now underway.

Originally from Bangkok Thailand, Aom has been an integral part of our team for the past six years, demonstrating excellence in property management, finance, and marketing. In her new role, Aom will take on greater responsibilities in overseeing our housing portfolio, ensuring long-term stability for the communities we serve.
