Hard Hat Tour Highlights Progress at 1201 River Street
| The 1201 River Street development in Hyde Park has reached 70% completion, advancing our mission to expand affordable senior housing. During a recent hard hat tour with City Council President Ruthzee Louijeune, State Representative Rob Consalvo, City Councilor Enrique J. Pepen, and board members David Abromowitz and Molly Goodman, we showcased progress on 63 affordable units for residents aged 55 and older. Construction completion is expected later this year. We thank our board, city leaders, and partners for their ongoing support. |

A Baltimore native and University of Connecticut graduate, Abigail’s diverse experience spans biotech, marketing, recruiting, and real estate.
