We are excited to announce that we have begun construction at 99 Blanchard Road, our first affordable senior housing development in the City of Cambridge. When complete, this project will deliver 110 new affordable homes for seniors in an amenity-rich environment. We have partnered with Dellbrook JKS as our general contractor. We are grateful to the City of Cambridge, the Commonwealth’s Executive Office of Housing and Livable Communities, MassHousing, Bank of America, First Citizens Bank, Massachusetts Housing Partnership, the Charles H. Farnsworth Trust, MassSave, CEDAC, and others for their financial commitments to this project.
