The development is located on Blanchard Road on the edge of the Cambridge Highlands neighborhood and abutting the City of  Cambridge-Town of Belmont line. The building includes 110 one-bedroom units for older adults and seniors ages 55+.

The building contains common spaces and amenities for residents, including a community room, outdoor patio, music room, game room, fitness center, and multi-purpose room with a roof deck. Property managers and resident service coordinators work closely with residents and area senior service agencies to promote wellness, health, and educational programs. The building is currently under construction.

The need for affordable senior housing in Cambridge is enormous and well documented. This particular location is particularly attractive as there are public and service amenities nearby or including grocery stores and other retail establishments located within a mile of the site.
