Residences off Baker

B’nai B’rith Housing (BBH) is developing a new residential building in West Roxbury uniquely designed for affordable and workforce families in Boston. Residences Off Baker is located just off Baker Street across from Catholic Memorial High School. Residents and visitors can access the site entering from VFW Parkway or Simbroco Street. This transit-oriented building is located close to the West Roxbury commuter rail T stop, Star Market grocery store and other neighborhood amenities.

Residences Off Baker is a 60-unit mixed income rental building for working families, which consists of 1-,2- and 3- bedroom units. The Residences Off Baker is designed to provide a tranquil living experience within an urban environment. Amenities to support the family development include a community room, a craft/homework space, a zoom room and conference room, a fitness area, mailroom with package storage room, laundry locations on each floor, an outdoor patio, children’s play area, a community garden, walking path, dog washing room and interior bike storage rooms.  The building will be staffed with a full-time site manager and an on-site service coordinator.  The development will have 60 on-site parking spots, including electric vehicle charging stations.

Residences Off Baker is currently under construction with completion expected in Summer 2023.
