Diane was struggling with the physical toll of caring for her house in Dedham and the stress of being separated from her aging mother in Brighton. When she moved to Covenant House, it not only allowed her closer proximity to her mom, it also gave her a healthy new start. With the convenience of a healthy grocery store across the street and a gym right in the building, she can access fitness classes to help her manage her arthritis and be comfortable and safe in her new home.
“The managers and staff definitely care about us; they are attentive, thoughtful, and organize fun things. Fitness and art classes keep me active and I’m very happy here.”
